WhatsApp is also nice because they get to send a message directly to your WhatsApp. You can save their numbers, so they are able to view your WhatsApp status but the only disadvantage over this WhatsApp option is that it only works when the visitor has a WhatsApp account.
Facebook Chat is cool, they get to send a message to your Facebook page messenger, applicable to Facebook users.
Jivochat is another good one but it doesn’t have many features like Tawk. All the above-listed live chats are also mobile, which means you can respond to customers using your smartphone anywhere and anytime.
